Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply, we aim to handle personal information in accordance with those requirements.
1. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, business name and message content when you email us or request support.
- Purchase information: name, email address, product purchased, purchase date, transaction reference and fulfilment status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.

- Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, pages requested, approximate location derived from IP, security logs and hosting/CDN logs.

- Lead capture and support forms: contact and checklist submissions are delivered to our inbox using our own Cloudflare edge endpoint, Brevo transactional email and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information through the website. Do not send passwords, credentials, secrets, health information, financial account details, confidential client information, security vulnerabilities, live incident information or regulated data through the generator or email unless separately agreed and appropriate safeguards are in place.
2. AI Tool Decision Generator
The AI Tool Decision Generator is designed to run in your browser. We do not receive generator inputs or outputs unless you separately choose to email, copy, submit or otherwise send them to us. If the tool opens your email client with a memo pre-filled, TechTonicTrust does not receive that memo unless you choose to send it.
Use short business summaries only. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information.
3. Why we use personal information
We use personal information to:

- comply with legal, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution and record-keeping obligations.
4. Disclosure and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information to service providers and professional advisers who help us operate the website and product, including:

We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, to enforce our Terms, respond to suspected fraud or misuse, protect security, or protect the rights, property or safety of TechTonicTrust, customers or others.
5. Overseas processing
Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other jurisdictions. We use reputable providers and rely on their published privacy, security and contractual commitments where appropriate. Overseas privacy protections may differ from Australian law.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps may include HTTPS, limited access, reputable payment providers, hosting security controls and security logging. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including purchase records, support records, accounting/tax obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal compliance. When information is no longer reasonably required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it.
8. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@techtonictrust.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. We may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, including where retention is required for legal, accounting, tax, dispute or fraud-prevention reasons.
9. Marketing communications
If you opt in to product updates or marketing, we may contact you about TechTonicTrust products, updates and related resources. You can unsubscribe or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
